Sickcall is a mobile app that allows people to find out how serious their health concerns are from registered nurses. Registered Sickcall users record their question, and a nurse replies with their concern level. We do this through our websites and domains, the services available on or through our websites and domains or otherwise provided by us, and the software available on or through our websites and domains or otherwise provided by us (including our mobile application the Sickcall app. (collectively, the "Services").
The following applies to any Application accessed through or downloaded from the Apple App Store (“App Store Sourced Application“):
You acknowledge and agree that (i) these Terms are concluded between you and Sickcall only, and not Apple, and (ii) Sickcall, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App Store Sourced Application and content thereof. Your use of the App Store Sourced Application must comply with the App Store Terms of Services. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App Store Sourced Application. In the event of any failure of the App Store Sourced Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App Store Sourced Application to you and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App Store Sourced Application. As between Sickcall and Apple, any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Sickcall. You and Sickcall acknowledge that, as between Sickcall and Apple, Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you have or any claims of any third party relating to the App Store Sourced Application or your possession and use of the App Store Sourced Application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App Store Sourced Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. You and Sickcall acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the App Store Sourced Application or your possession and use of that App Store Sourced Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, as between Sickcall and Apple, Sickcall, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim to the extent required by these Terms. You and Sickcall acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as related to your license of the App Store Sourced Application, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms as related to your license of the App Store Sourced Application against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof. Without limiting any other terms of these Terms, you must comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App Store Sourced Application.

IN SERIOUS CASES, SEEK IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE FROM EMERGENCY PERSONNEL AND IMMEDIATELY CONTACT THE EMERGENCY NUMBER IN YOUR COUNTRY. YOU MUST NEVER DISREGARD MEDICAL ADVICE OR DELAY IN SEEKING IT BECAUSE OF SOMETHING YOU HAVE READ ON SICKCALL. You agree that no medications, dietary supplements or treatments as may be described on Sickcall must be taken or begun without consulting your physician or other qualified healthcare provider first. Reliance on any information provided by Sickcall, including but not limited to by any professional, Sickcall employees, or other visitors to Sickcall, is solely at your own risk.
The following applies for Advisors:
Payment processing services for Advisors on Sickcall are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement , which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to [this agreement / these terms / etc.] or continuing to operate as an Advisor on Sickcall, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Sickcall enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Sickcall accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Sickcall to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
Any personal information Sickcall collects is used to further your Sickcall experience. All personal info that we collect is readily available and editable through the Sickcall mobile app. Personal information includes, but is not limited to name, profile picture, gender, birthday, height, weight, medical allergies, food allergies, medical history, and ongoing health issues. At the moment, we do not provide a way for users to access past payments through the Sickcall mobile app. If you wish to see past payments, inquire at: firstname.lastname@example.org
By asking a question or bringing up a health concern on Sickcall, you knowingly grant the chosen Sickcall advisor access to your personal information. Sickcall advisors do not have access to your personal information unless they are chosen by our automated algorithms to answer your health concern. Once they answer or skip the question, they are IMMEDIATELY revoked all access to your personal information. If you wish to limit your Sickcall advisor's access to your personal information, simply edit your personal information through the Sickcall mobile app before asking your question. By canceling your question, you instantly revoke your Sickcall advisor's access to your personal information.
Sickcall employees do not have direct access to your personal information. We have specific employees who are internally trained to handle sensitive personal information. Because of our practices, these trained employees only have access to your personal information when requested by a specific Sickcall user.
